So, I finally came out to my family. Siblings’ reactions: we love you, no matter what. You’ll always be our sister, we’ll be in your wedding. Parents’ reaction: religious intervention! - we love you BUT this is a problem you have to fix. We’ll help you through it, you’ll get over it with the help of God. 

Next thing I know I’m been dragged to a religious leader’s office to talk over my “situation” and start this “healing/cleaning” process. WTF?!… honestly? =/

I love my parents and I understand they do this out of fear and love, but its my life afte all. My decision. All I’m certain right now is: no one will force me to stop loving whoever is in my nature to love. I am happy, no matter what others might think.
